In my household, we've received a message from Sky to tell us that we've got a plan upgrade to Paramount+ as courtesy, free of cost, however it says that it's been activated but the subscription hasn't gone through. It says we have to subscribe ourselves. I'm wondering if any of you can help me resolve this issue as it's beginning to annoy me now.
