Paramount + unsubscribe

Good afternoon.

 

We have BB/TV (Q) and mobile with Sky, 22 odd years.

For un remembered reasons we were given Paramount + as a free app around early Sept last year, but it is coming up for renewal now and I wish to cancel as never watch & don't want to be charged. We do not have Sky Cinema so the downgrade instructions in that here do not apply, but the advice about looking in my account and trying there is also N/A as P+ does not appear in the My Products page or in the apps subscriptions tab on that page.

 

Live chat seems to be greyed out and i think I just blew the chatbot up as my questions deviated from its answers. Other than the prospect of calling Sky (no real issue other than am suffering now from a severe speech impaiment) was wonding if anybody had any bright ideas I may have missed.

will look via the Q box in a bit although suspect that needs to be connected to Broadband, which is another long term issue, despite full fibre and no issues with any other kit around the home, the Q box won't connect to the Sky Router, gave up in end as all of the other apps could be obtained on the TV, might kick me into doing something with that as well now 😉

Worth checking in 'My Sky' on your Q box as when I upgraded Paramount+/Disney+, I was able to make changes in there, including cancelling.

 

From the home menu, select My Sky > Your products > App subscriptions > Current > highlight Paramount+ and select 'Change Subscription'
