Paramount + subscription not accessible

Hi folks, despite having access to Paramamount Plus as a Sky Cinema subscriber and playing for the middle tier of this app via Marketplace I have lost access over the last two to three weeks with a message telling me to subscribe to a package. I have double checked my subscription is active via my Sky account and checked that my payments are still being processed which they are. I have reset my box, signed out and in again yet still no access. I'd appreciate any help or guidance on this as I'm aware others are having the issue and it's not the first time I've had challenges with this application for when I previously went to upgrade from the basic tier. I had exactly the same problem...in the end it was fixed when i called sky for about the 5th time....they removed paramount plus from my account which took less than 24 hours...I then went to sky market place and got paramount plus again and logged back in with my original paramount plus details and it all worked again

They won't let me type the number in...every time I do they block me from posting my reply

I have the marketplace number via chat from before so going give them a ring later. If successful will reply and update
