Paramount+ subscription and access

Hi

i am unable to access paramount+. I have logged on via sky box and on sky go. Both say I am linked to paramount (we have sky cinema) but take me to a paid subscription page. 
I have followed the guidance and cannot get it to work.  
I also can't get thro to anyone at sky.

We are suddenly having the same issue tonight, looks like a bigger issue.  Not had a problem before tonight, always worked fine on all our devices.

Hi I haven't been able to logon n have been trying for ages.

Major issue with all apps on sky it seems. None of them load tonight
