Nope just trying to watch a movie -  won't let me watch anything without telling me I need to upgrade - all frustrating as I have only had this sky Q one day !!!!

Nope just trying to watch a movie -  won't let me watch anything without telling me I need to upgrade - all frustrating as I have only had this sky Q one day !!!!
