Paramount + stop working Says I need to Activate

Paramount plus app via sky movies is not working.

 

 

The app seems to think that I need to sign up to a plan but I get paramount plus free via sky movies. This issue has been happening for 2 weeks but still not resolved.

 

 

I contacted Sky  5 times over phone & 3 times on chat and not resolved. Can't seem to find anyone senior who knows about the Paramount app issue to be fixed. Sky said I need to contact Paramount plus to resolve as it is a Technical issue on Paramount plus, who I have contacted and they can't resolve!! What is going on??

 

How long will Sky ignore this issue? Someone at Sky must no how to resolve . Paramount app on sky Q shows their is no active subcription but when I try to activate as I have Sky Movies I get prompted to scan a QR code then a website page pops up saying my Sky and Paramount account are already linked but I still can't get Paramount to work, Paramount thinks that I don't have a subscription and wants me to sign up to a new plan grrrrr how frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

I have exactly the same issue!  No-one at Sky seems to know how to solve this.

So frustrating, no one at Sky is able to help, constantly speaking to different agents from different countries. I have escalation my issue three times but when I phone up for a update on my escalation no one can give me a update, except for escalation was failed?? What on earth does that mean?  Does Sky not have a Technical team can solve Paramount app issues, if yes is their a direct number to that team?
