Paramount+ ratings message

When watching Paramount+ via skyQ box the ratings message keeps popping up and dimming the screen every few minutes. 

The previous thread/solution to this appears to have been removed - anyone know how to fix?

When watching Paramount+ via skyQ box we also get the ratings message keeps popping up and dimming the screen every few minutes. 

Does anyone know how to fix this as Paramount don't want to respond either?
