Paramount plus

Please help , i have been trying to access paramount plus for weeks. 
It is saying my account is already linked with paramount plus. 
When I try to log in my password needs to be reset and I do not receive any email to reset my password . 
My husband gave his details originally to view Apple TV which I think has been linked to my sky. 
I have emailed paramount direct to try and find out what the problem is. They have replied with an email address not associated with us .  I have upgraded to sky cinema to view paramount but cannot use it .

can someone please unlink my account with  paramount plus channel  so I can activate it and log in , am at my wits end with it. 
I have called several times amounting to hours on the phone , and have been waiting in que tonight but have gave up . Can someone please help !!!!

Have you tried using "Get Paramount +" rather than trying to log in.

Same issue can't get anyone that knows how to fix it at sky

Did anyone ever get a resolution to this? 

 

I linked my friends Paramount account to my sky as I already had an annual subscription with them when I joined Sky so couldn't link my own account to get the free one.

Now I want to link my own account back but Sky can't help with this. They've asked me to ring paramount. Can't find a number for Paramount so I've logged a query on the website. I'm not sure they'll talk to me about the other account if I'm not the owner of it.
