I have spent over two hours with the "experts" trying to load paramount plus on the main box and have failed, I have refreshed the system using the 01 process in the menu, done the off and on, they say removing the cinema package and putting it back on is the answer but want to put my bill up to do it, which is not happening ! I've tried the turn it off and on like some IT systems need, nothing. I just don't understand why it works on the mini box but not the main one. Please help
