This has happened to me,bits so frustrating 😭 no help from sky what so ever.

You will need to call/live chat with them and ask them to cancel your Paramount + subscription (especially if it says renewal in progress) and they will also need to get the back end team to remove Paramount from your account.

Then when you see Paramount is no longer showing on your account on the website you can re-subscribe. Took 2 days for it to all be sorted.

I've had this problem for ages.  Cancelled my subscription via the messenger service today.  Sky customer service on this has been massively poor and the way that you can't just click out of your subscription is poor customer service.
