Paramount plus app does not work on sky Q mini box

Hi got a new sky Q box & viewing card last week the paramount plus app was working fine on the old set up but now will not work on my sky q mini box, I just get the blue screen.

I've update the software, done the 110, refreshed the apps on the box & waited 24 hours still got a blue screen!

My sky mini box is not showing the Paramount+ APP after a new sky Q box was installed. I go to My Sky on settings and it doesn't give me the option to reactivate on the mini box
