Paramount+ on sky q won’t activate or link

Hi, I am having an issue with my paramount. I have sky cinema and my paramount was working fine. Now when I try to access it, it tells me I have no active subscription. SKY settings tell me my accounts are linked and they are the same email address.

Can someone help?
