Paramount on minibox

Paramount loads fine on main box but hangs when trying to use on mini box. All other apps fine & wired system. Have switched on and off & unplugged

tried the peivate chat but crazy slow and cumbersome - any helpful people out there know the answer as sky continue to be difficult to get in touch with . can watch paramount fine on amazon fire tv on same tv so will continue to do so and consider getting rid of sky at next renewal
