Paramount + not able to watch

Hi is anyone else having problems accessing Paramount + , as I have sky cinrma I should get paramount free but everytime I try to get on it just keeps coming up we're working on it musky     2300 I've done a reset (unplugged) sky agentn took me through setting and network etc but still nothing and have tried since last week any ideas please thank you
