Paramount+ linked to Sky Cinema account on Sky Q

I have recently upgraded to Sky Q. I have a Sky Cinema account, but have been unable to link it to Paramount + account. Despite following several YouTube videos when I get to where the Paramount App should be it is not there. When I look on "My Sky" it is not there, and the Paramonunt + App does not show up on my side bar when I click the App button.

Does anyone know how to get the Paramount + app, and then how to link it to my Sky Cinema account?

First make sure that you are on the latest Q software.

Just for info the Q TV Apps do not appear via the three dot App button on your remote.

All main Apps are in the Home Menu under Apps.

I've updated my software thanks to your link - thank you

Howvever when I tried to load the Paramount+ app via the App menu, I got the message "App unavailable now, please try later" or words to that effect, but thanks anyway

App menu has now been updated and I have now logged in to Paramount+
