Paramount keeps deactivating

Hi, set up paramount through sky for 6.99 a couple weeks ago but the account keeps deactivating, sky have taken money and confirmed my subscription. 

It's telling me I am signed in but there us no active subscription which is wrong, I re set all this up the other day and got charged another 6.99 but it still is not working. After the purchase it did work for a while. Help please

 

All the advice just takes me back to directly paying oaramount another 6.99 but I am not doing this yet again, I have a contract in place
