So I received an email this week with an offer of free Paramount + for 12 for VIP members and following instructions online will not recognise code. I have tried copy and paste also entered manually ( as recommended in email) with no luck it just says code not recognised.Any other suggestions anymore?
I have the same issue. However I suspect it's because I was an existing customer (when I had sky cinema) it's not available to previous customers and brand new customers only.
