Can anyone help with how to overcome the erroir message of MYSKY_2008 when trying to access Paramount+ for free as part of the Sky Cinema offer?

Thanks for responding. I've gone through these steps a few times over the past few months and the same happens every time.
A message comes up saying:
"We'll be back soon
Something went wrong, but we're working on this. Please try again later.
MYSKY_2008"
Several calls to Sky and an open case always say to do the same and then I hear nothing more when they say they're looking into it.
