Paramount + error code 3005

When the adds come on in paramount it freezes every time and then doesn't restart but gives me an error code 3005  saying I have internet issues but I don't then if it does come back it jumps to the next episode when I am only part of the way through the one I was watching. Happens everytime I use paramount and has done for weeks.

3005 is a fairly known error for Paramount+, so I'm not sure this is a problem on Sky's side.

 

I'd suggest signing out of the app on the Sky box and logging back in again and see if that clears the problem.

 

It might be an idea to try viewing the same content using a smartphone/tablet or laptop with the Paramount+ app and see if the issue is limited to the Sky Q box app.
