Unfair treatment and disrespect and was very rude to me

I've been push aside as no one wants to help a loyal 15 year customer, and very unhappy with the way I'm being treated and been emailing waiting for a call back that still hasn't happened

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

What, in general, was your original query relating to?  Billing, the Sky service, the equipment?

Just want a call back and wanting to reduce my sky tv bill and the best I was given was a £100 more and I have complaint about what happened a few years back with a new mobile phone I received that was cracked and know looked into it until after they delete when you record phone calls but anyway as sky said it to late for that so that's just something that happened and forgotten about but I am only wanting to talking about my sky tv bill And I can see with your reply that you think I'm over reacting I just been waiting for a phone to discuss my bill and was told I was gonna get a phone call back. So how do I do that please

Are you @Abcdedghij using a new Community log-in for some reason?

 

If you are expecting a call back and it hasn't happened then you'll need to instigate contact with Sky again.

I was asked a question. I'm not sure if you're the same person as I'm getting emails from the same account but different people are replying that was my Sky query about not getting a call back and everything else that I sent in the email

How are you emailing Sky? They don't have an email contact address do they?

 

so your main complaint is you can't get a discount? That's the way it works these days. They want to incentivise people to move to Stream or Glass so they are prices more attractively.
