You would have needed to set up an email & password for P+ where you might have used the same email address as SKY but (security wise) we would expect you to use a different password..
Assuming you can watch on SKY Q OK (as you imply), then go into the app
Left Arrow to use/activate the side menu
Down arrow to settings (just above Exit Paramount+) & press enter
You should now see the email address you used
If you cannot remember your password (& not find it in your old emails) then you probably will need to use the reset password
