Paramount access problem

I should have Paramount plus as part of my sky tv package. My problem is when I try to access the app it does not recognise my password. I am using my sky email and password. I then try to scan the qr code which gives me the screen to print the code on the tv but then asks for payment.

Hi @JL16 

Looks like you are trying to sign into the App before you have correctly set up your paramount plus account.

When you first go into the App you need to select Get Paramount plus and not Sign in to Paramount plus
