Paramount Plus
I have skyq and yesterday had a new sky hub installed so on various apps that I have I have had to resign in to reconnect. All was fine except when I came to paramount plus and no matter what I do I can't reconnect. I have tried to register but that tells me that I already have it connected to the sky cinema package and have tried to sign in and says error it looks like I have no account. I have spoken with sky who confirmed that I am connected but I would have to speak with paramount plus. I have spoken with paramount plus and they said that I don't have an account but I said I have as I get it with sky cinema. They said that they will talk with sky and get back to me but can anyone help me to get around this. Any advice would help.
