Paramount Plus stopped working

I've been using Paramount Plus for a while. When they en**bleep**tified the service a year ago, I paid to upgrade. Been working fine until a week ago. Now I can't watch - it keeps giving me options to buy a new subscription. Sky account says that I already have Paramount plus activated. I did use an email that's not the same as my sky email, and tried resetting the password, still the same. Trying to sign in on Sky Q gives a uh-oh error. This all worked fine for years.

So it turns out that a £3 payment I had for upgraded PP Standard service over the Basic included with Sky failed after my wallet was stolen and I cancelled the card. 25 days later my PP subscription was apparently cancelled by Sky, but now even the Basic is gone. Is there a Sky help resource I can tap into to sort this?
