Thank you for your reply, greatly appreciated. Yeah, I thought that may be the case but I only activated Paramount+ within the last month (as I'm a new Sky customer). I called Sky customer service but the call cut off before I could get an answer. Have resubscribed (still £0 a month) - currently saying 'awaiting activation' but hopefully I don't have to set up a new Paramount+ account. Thank you again.

Try going through prime -  seems  to work
