Paramount+ Issue

Hello. I am having a problem with the Paramount+ app on my SkyQ. It is acting slow and is jumping around a bit. It has been fine until recently.  All other apps seem OK. I have tried restarting the box and have updated the software on the box although the new/current software reference doesn't match what it is telling me it should be online. I have had  a VERY frustrating time with Sky Automated "Assistant" which was incredibly annoying even though I am a SKY VIP..... any ideas?

@nelson44 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

Hello. I am still having a problem. I spent a hour plus on the phone with Sky Technicians and got nowhere.....in fact they made it worse. I lost everything but somehow managed to get it back myself......not sure how. I have tried the 001 app update thing and I don't know if the apps have been updated or not. It sits there for quite a few minutes saying that the apps are being updated then it just disappears from the screen....no confirmation that updates have been successful. It seems to be the adverts on P+ that are the problem.....app freezes when ads are on......OK when watching programmes.
