When we watch this, it suddenly goes off. We cannot get it back on. The circle going round and round just stays. We turn everything off. Start again but no change unless we wait till next day. Makes no sense tiresome. It has happened with another app but I cannot remember which one. Should I call Sky to send out an engineer as its not all the time! Just should not happen.
