Do you use a VPN?
3304 relates to a location issue which is normally down to a VPN or an issue with a hub/router DNS (which means it might be worth a restart).

Re: Paramount 3304 licensing error
I had this error on every Paramount+ video. I fixed it by pressing the Sky home button, navigating to the bottom of the page to find Settings, then System Mangement, Resets And Updates, then Update Apps. This took about 20 seconds. Then I clicked on Restart Device and it now works!
Hope this works for you too.

Is that the route on a Sky Glass or Stream, because it isn't for Sky Q?
Which is (should anyone want to try a app refresh on Q):
From the Sky Q Home screen navigate down to Settings in the left hand menu, but do not select Settings (i.e. click into it).
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 on your remote keypad and then click on the circular dot button in the middle of the 4 directional arrows on your remote to confirm.
Next, select Apps, then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, "Your apps are being refreshed" and this will stay on screen until you press Dismiss or Back on your remote to return to normal viewing. It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Note that an apps refresh can take up to 24 hrs to complete on Q, so be patient 👍🏻
