Hi, my main sky Q box works for TV. Not for recording etc.
Sky go is not showing any recordings. I'm being told I need to upgrade to multi screen - which I have had for a good number of years. can you please fix this.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.
