PIN help
I have all my settings for parental controls etc to not ask for PIN number, however on some channels it still asks and also my recordings still ask for it.
why does it do this and how can I get rid of it?

hi @TJLaw
When SKY Atlantic & other channels show certain material before the relevant 'watershed' it will always be present & you cannot turn it off

Our advice is to set the PIN to something like 1111 to help enter it when needed

Re: PIN help
If you're watching age restricted content pre watershed then it'll always ask for the pin regardless of your settings. It is an Ofcom requirement that Sky must adhere to and cannot be overriden by Sky or you.
