Outside wire from satellite hanging loose

Hi, the wire that connects the satellite dish to ny sky box is hanging off the wall and looks hazardous, how can I report this to be fixed ?

Ownership of cables and the actual dish transfer to the account holder. Sky will probably attend to make good but the engineers are going to be extremely busy after these storms. It may be quicker to get a quote from a local satellite company or handyman/woman at your expense.

Or a ladder, a hammer and some of these specific clips, if you're able to get to it safely

It needs to be refastened to the wall has if anyone catches in it it could cause damage to the person
