Outdated Sky Q Box I want a replacement

@Stellen20If you want an upgraded box you will have to contact Sky and pay for an upgrade.

However fault repairs including changes to a faulty box are free if you call Sky.

 @Stellen20 I've had my Sky Q box since March 2016 software updates keep Sky Q updated not the box itself

Unless you have a non HDR box then you'll need to pay for an upgrade.
