Our sky tv is not allowing us to select any channles

hi our sky q message is just playing on a loop and won't allow us to select anything from the menu, it's not even responding to commands from the remote

@Andi+H  Have you tried unplugging the box for a few seconds then plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
