I rang at 8am and got a very helpful Sky expert lady.

She advised  this is a Satellite signal issue.

 

Would you believe I am awaiting for the message to return so that I can photo the error message and carry out signal tests .


To get your signal go

 

Settings >Status  > Signal > More info then select

my strength is 50 and Quality 90

i was always told Quality is more important.

 

I will let you know how I get on if I resolve it.
