I ordered a new box yesterday, then the old one seemed ok, so I cancelled the order online with a sky customer service rep

today I received an email from DPD to say they had my parcel

i phoned sky and spoke to agent and again cancelled the order 

bit of a joke when they say order is cancelled and it wasnt

well if it arrives tomorrow I'm not accepting it

ive also sent a complaint to sky

There's no cost involved - seems they've been efficient in arranging a replacement.  Just refuse delivery, not sure why it's worth a complaint?
