Options to keep old Sky box rather a send back ?
Dear,
Under my account, we've been asked to use packaging provided in which to send back old sky box. We're using new sky glass in a different room and wondered what options would be to keep old sky equipment in the other room.

Your post has been removed as you've provided your personal mobile number on an open public forum. It will return once moderated by staff.
You can't mix TV platforms. Your loaned equipment will need to be returned to Sky if they've requested it.

Hi @CookJS
As indicated by @Daniel0210
Sky only allow one account per customer address.
Your Sky Q account and boxes ceased to function as soon as your Glass account was activated.
Failure to return Q boxes to Sky may result in non return charges

As above, if you've switched to streaming then you must return the Q box(es).
If you want TV in another room then you can ask for to additional streaming boxes to be lent to you (at a cost).
Alternatively, you can maintain satellite receiption but you would need to purchase a Freeview 4K receiver.
