SKY Q
I'm still seeing satelite error messages on multiple chanels plus picture break up on others, including 'Sky Intro Page (998)' I've carried out a system reset, but no change to errors or display break up. I have tried over the last few days to book an Engineer, using the online booking page, but the there is no response, the page hangs and nothing is displayed., see screenshot below.
Anybody having same problem re booking engineer.

Now managed to book engineer via Edge on desktop, after waiting for around 30mins with blue spinning circle screen displayed.

Have a look at this link

If that doesn’t help you may have to contact Sky to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

Have you tried refreshing the cache on your browser and resetting the cookies for Sky?
Just tried it and the online form is up and running ok.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

Have tried MS Edge and Chrome from my desktop, tried Edge on laptop and tried mobile, all with the same result, the screen just hangs with spinning blue circle
