On screen message

On screen message every time turn on sky Q . some applications not available due to a boot error refer to imanual .

Have tried reboots resets still keeps joy getting very 😔🤬 Can't even find a tel no to call .

Hi @evp   Refer to iManual would be a message from your TV, not your Sky Q box. An image of the message would help.

iManual is something on Sony TVs. the message isn't anything to do with Sky.
