Hi. Can you tell me why when I have the full package (and have had for nearly 25 years) why we can't download anything from 5 on demand.? (Ie catch up) channel 4 in demand is working.......

Also now says I don't have permission to watch content already downloaded from sky crime channel......

5 On demand needs the Q HD monthly add on.

Have you changed your subs in any way recently?
