I cant download anything on demand. Apart from BBC channels. Ive had this issue for many months. Sky engineers have been out 3 times. Theyve replaced the Sky Q box and viewing card. On the last visit they said it was the above issue and they couldnt do anything about it until it was resolved internally and they couldnt say when that would be!! Anyone else been told the same???
Surely this isnt right????
