O2 network keeps breaking down

I have an O2 mobile broadband that works fine when I have an O2 signal. I am having a lot of trouble recently ( also today) that the O2 network is down and I have no internet. It is not a problem of the mobile hub as when the signal comes back , it's fine. As I have not got an account with O2 their customer service cannot help. I have a Sky Mobile, a Sky Q box and TV and a Giffgaff sim in my mobile hub, all using The O2 network. Tried to phone Sky just now 1.30pm 27-03-2025 and told to phone back later!!!!

Who can help sort out this network outage???

@jackiebarley  You post has been moved from the broadband forum as you dont; have Sky broadband and threfore ot's not a Ky broad related issue.

 

Sky are also not responsible for any O2 related broadband or mobile broadband issues, apart from your Sky Mobile & Sky Q setup i'm unsure what you are asking Sky about?

I went onto Sky Broadband  because the O2 network said as I had no direct account with them , they couldn't help and to get in touch with the account provider! Sky or Giffgaff both of which use the O2 network!!

Yours posts are difficult to follow. Is is a Sky mobile phone issue you're having?

@jackiebarley  You don't have Sky Broadband, you said you have a Giff Gaff sim on a mobile hub?  In that case it's Giff Gaff who provide that service and if there is an issue with that service only they can sort it, Sky can't.

 

Sky Q - What is the issue with Sky Q if any?

 

Sky Mobile - What issues are you having with this if any?
