My sky a box not working

I'm trying to watch through my sky a box since a month but it's not working. This is the time for me to see someone to check my sky q box not working or need to replace

@Jhen2  If you mean your Sky Q box we need more info, "not working" isn't helpful and does not give the community much to go on.

 

What exactly is happening?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In what way isn't it working? Any error messages on your screen? If this has been an issue for a month what have Sky said when you've reported it?
