Nuremberg in UHD

Nuremberg is available on my sky Q box to download in UHD, but not HDR. This also happened to me last week when I wanted to watch 28 Years Later (although the HDR option for that film is now appearing). Do the HDR options come later than the initial release or is there an issue?

Having a issue downloading this movie as well.  My settings are for default UHD download, but when I click download I get an error message saying "because of a technical issue, you download could not be completed.  please try again later".    I tried changing the format to HDR, but got the same error message, so perhaps there is a temporary issue with all downloads for this movie?

@plumpumpkin Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

hi @Petruchio 

I am also only seeing the non HDR UHD version.

Sometimes there can be delays in uploading versions so it may be worth waiting till Monday to see if one gets uploaded

I was having the exactly same message now with this movie. Restarted the box and internet connection and it's now working
