Nothing is working

My TV and broadband have been playing up for nearly a month now! Now I cant watch anything on my TV and constantly saying technical fault and unless I'm sat nearly on top of my WiFi it doesn't seem to work and constantly is unstable I'm unhappy about all of this!! I'm unplugged and reset everything 1000 times and still no better

@Sammysavage  Unless you have Sky Glass/stream then live TV channels are delivered by satellite not over broadband.  What system do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
