My bill is 280£ and i have been with out channels for months its not been working propely i have called up and had people out i got sent a new box today and the dpd took it back as my card is stuck in the old box i aint paying this bill wen sky have new for months i been having problems

Was the Stuck card itself the reason DPD didn't complete the swap or was it just that the card dealyed you giving them the old one ?
We strongly recommend not cancelling direct debits etc or otherwise witholding payment as SKy will refuse to deal with you until the account is settled and may pass the debt on to debt collectors and it may affect your credit rating

There not sending out a new card they was just sending out a box but the dpd wudnt exchange it because the card was stuck inside it so now i am stuck with a box that dont work and been playing up for months and a large bill which i am refusing to pay till the problem is solved as i dont see me having to pay for somthing i am not getting

SKY won't assist you until any bills outstanding are settled.
