Not worked since installed

Box not connected  , handset  doesn't seem to work , Netflix not connected ,

Error dsu 504 and now 306 and nw316 and MySky 7998

No Netflix. , error messages , don't know if connections are correct , or if remote is working

@Cheriton162  Which box did you have installed?

Was originally dish with Q box  , now direct bt line with some sort of new box not connected , can't undue new handset to check batteries , can't get new  Netflix , new landline works , trying an software upgrade , ?
