Having had more than a year of excellent service from the Sky Q box, I now get sporadic "not connected to internet" messages. For some time there is no channel listing, no App list, nor catch up TV.
I have checked the connections, and all seems in order, though the apparent fault is then corrected after a minute or so, and all works fine.
It is not the internet, which is full fibre and consistent.

I know, but then I exit that screen, wait a few seconds, and go back in to see all working as normal. Very strange
