Not receiving all channels

Should get Paramount and Amazon with my subscription but not available

hi @Baloo3 

Amazon is never included with Sky Q subscriptions.

If you have Sky Cinema add on then you are entitled to Paramount plus free.

However you must first subscribe to this (at no charge) through Sky Marketplace and then complete Activation.
