Not receiving TNT SPORTS after up grading

I have upgraded to Receive TNT sports but I can't get the channel, on my other sky box . I have multi room as well [Removed]

What is the problem - error message(s) ?

Did you subscibe via SKY or direct with TNT/WBD ?

Note:  if direct with TNT then you need a specific upgrade to watch on a mini
