Not received replacement sky box

Hi

My Sky box stopped working and you arranged to send me a replacement.

DPD was supposed to deliver it yesterday between 12.51 to 13.51 but did not arrive and we stayed in all day waiting

I had another parcel delivered today by DPD and asked about why we never received the Sky box but he did not know the reason.

It's very difficult to get in touch with DPD so hopefully you can find out why and when I will receive the box.

@Dk56 You're only talking to fellow customers here, there are a few Sky staff but they will be unable to assist in this matter, you will have to call Sky customer service to see why your replacement box didn't arrive.
